Eco Battery is seeking dedicated Outside Sales Representatives to expand our presence across Kansas by connecting businesses with sustainable battery solutions. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be the face of our company in the field, meeting with potential and existing clients to understand their energy storage needs and present tailored product recommendations that support their operational goals. Key Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new commercial accounts through cold calling, networking, and industry events. You will conduct in-person product demonstrations, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales. Building long-term relationships with clients is essential, as you will provide ongoing support, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, track pipeline progress, and report weekly performance metrics to sales leadership. Staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Eco Battery product updates is required to position our solutions effectively. Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of outside sales experience, ideally in industrial, energy, or B2B sectors. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory due to frequent travel within the assigned territory. Essential Skills include strong verbal and written communication abilities, proven negotiation and closing techniques, and proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Candidates must demonstrate self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets. Knowledge of battery technology or renewable energy solutions is advantageous but not required.
