Job Overview Chart Industries, a global leader in cryogenic equipment and gas handling solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nevada. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer support, managing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships with clients across various industries including energy, healthcare, and industrial gases. As a key point of contact, you will contribute to the company's mission of innovation and reliability in liquefied natural gas (LNG), hydrogen, and other cryogenic technologies. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, providing accurate information on products, services, and orders. Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and engineering to resolve issues efficiently. Manage customer accounts, update records in CRM systems, and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance service quality. Prepare reports on customer interactions, order status, and satisfaction metrics to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of cryogenic equipment and components. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and metrics. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset focused on satisfaction and retention. High organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in data entry and basic troubleshooting of order and shipment issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industrial products or cryogenic technologies is a plus.
