This pivotal role bridges the gap between product development, sales, and marketing, ensuring our equipment solutions effectively meet customer needs and market demands across North America. The Product Marketing Manager will lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines, developing compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Komatsu solutions in competitive markets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, collaborating with engineering and product development teams to translate technical features into customer benefits, and creating sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, and product documentation. The role will manage product launches, coordinate with regional sales teams to gather market feedback, develop pricing strategies, and work closely with digital marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that drive awareness and demand. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field with a minimum of five years of product marketing experience, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B sectors. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing product launches from concept through execution. Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams are essential. Essential skills include market research and competitive intelligence, product positioning and messaging development, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement and training, data analysis and market insights generation, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and presentation software is highly valued.
