Job Overview Aisle & Abroad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this full-time role, you will play a key role in helping customers plan and book their dream vacations, providing top-tier support from inquiry to confirmation. Key Responsibilities Your primary duties will include responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, offering expert advice on vacation packages, destinations, accommodations, and flights. You'll handle bookings, modifications, cancellations, and payments with accuracy and empathy, resolving issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborating with travel suppliers and internal teams, you'll upsell services, process refunds, and maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system. Additionally, you'll gather feedback to improve services and stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and policies to provide informed recommendations. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or retail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office. You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate global customers.
