Monitor patient responses during and post-infusion, promptly addressing any adverse reactions and documenting all activities in electronic health records for seamless care coordination. Maintain strict compliance with USP <797> standards, OSHA regulations, and state nursing board requirements, while managing inventory of infusion supplies and equipment. Travel to patient homes within the designated service area, prioritizing safety and efficiency in a field-based setting. Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois, with a BSN preferred and at least 2 years of clinical experience in infusion therapy, home health, or critical care. Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with reliable transportation required. IV certification or demonstrated proficiency in PICC line care, port access, and central line management is essential. Skills: Exceptional clinical skills in infusion therapy and patient assessment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient populations and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
