Required Qualifications Candidates must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with at least two years of verifiable OTR experience. A clean driving record is essential, with no more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years, and no DUI convictions within the last five years. You must pass a DOT physical exam, drug screening, and background check. Ownership of a well-maintained truck (model year 2018 or newer) meeting FMCSA standards is required, along with proof of current insurance and authority.
