Platinum Supplemental Insurance is seeking motivated Remote Insurance Field Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in Kansas. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely while conducting field sales activities to promote and sell supplemental insurance products, including health, life, and accident coverage. As a key player in our sales force, you'll help families and individuals protect their financial futures with tailored insurance solutions, enjoying the freedom of a location-independent position with state-specific opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by prospecting new leads through virtual calls, emails, and in-person meetings across Kansas communities. Present customized supplemental insurance plans to clients, addressing their unique needs and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and policies issued using our CRM system. Build and nurture long-term relationships with policyholders to encourage renewals and referrals. Collaborate with team leads for training on product updates and sales strategies, while staying compliant with state insurance regulations. Participate in virtual sales meetings and attend occasional field events to network and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
Hold an active Kansas Life and Health Insurance Producer License, or willingness to obtain one promptly with company support. Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related fields. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and home office setup. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for field visits as needed. Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
