Join Rapid Response Monitoring as a Customer Service Representative in New York, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves assisting customers daily by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving skills. As part of team focused on rapid response solutions, you will contribute directly to maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities include receiving incoming calls and messages from customers, diagnosing problems promptly, escalations when necessary, active listening to understand needs, entering data accurately into systems, follow-up communications to confirm resolutions, collaboration with internal teams to expedite solutions, documentation of interactions, compliance with company policies, and maintaining positive interactions at all times.
Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferably in a call center setting, basic computer literacy, availability for full-time shifts including evenings and weekends as needed, and legal working rights in the United States.
