C Berman & Associates is seeking an Outside F&I Product Provider to expand our presence in the automotive finance and insurance sector. This field-based sales role focuses on developing new business relationships with dealerships throughout the Kansas region while strengthening existing accounts. Job Overview The Outside F&I Product Provider will serve as the primary point of contact between C Berman & Associates and automotive dealerships. You will present and sell a comprehensive portfolio of finance and insurance products designed to increase dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular travel to client sites, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new automotive dealership clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Conduct in-person meetings to present F&I products including extended warranties, service contracts, GAP insurance, and financing solutions. Customize product offerings to meet individual dealership objectives and customer demographics. Provide ongoing training and support to dealership F&I managers on product features and compliance requirements. Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Minimum two years of outside sales experience, preferably within automotive, finance, or insurance industries. Valid driver's license and clean driving record essential for extensive regional travel. Skills Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a field environment. Knowledge of automotive finance products and F&I processes highly desirable.
