We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Headland, Alabama. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests with efficiency and empathy. As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner, processing customer orders and account updates accurately, troubleshooting product or service issues, and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary. You will maintain detailed records of all customer interactions within our database systems, follow up on pending requests to ensure resolution, and consistently meet established performance metrics for response time and satisfaction scores. To be successful in this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous customer service experience preferably in a call center or retail environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with standard office software including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools. The ability to type at least 40 words per minute and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously is required.
