Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality care delivery. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Kansas. Minimum of one year of emergency department or critical care nursing experience preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills essential. Ability to work in high-pressure situations with excellent time management capabilities.
