T-Mobile is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing strategies for Security, T-Satellite, and Modern Communications product lines. This role will be instrumental in shaping brand positioning, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth objectives within the telecommunications and technology sectors.
The Integrated Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps, managing campaign budgets and timelines, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role will also involve partnering with sales teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies and content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems are required.
Additional skills include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and omnichannel marketing strategies. Experience with security technology products, satellite communications, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
