Morphius Corp is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. The role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle a high volume of interactions while maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders and returns, and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary. You will also be expected to document all interactions in our customer relationship management system, follow up on pending cases, and contribute to team performance goals. Representatives are responsible for meeting quality and response time standards while continuously improving their product knowledge.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferably in a remote or call center environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable using computers and various software applications, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, and possess the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure. Availability during standard business hours and a reliable internet connection are essential.
Ideal candidates will have excellent active listening skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to multitask efficiently are highly valued.
