A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care settings is essential, with demonstrated ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments. Skills Strong clinical skills in emergency assessment and intervention, excellent decision-making under pressure, and proficient communication for patient education and team coordination. Advanced knowledge of emergency pharmacology, procedural competencies, and proficiency with EHR systems like Epic.
