Computer Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Banking Specialist to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional support to banking customers during the 11 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time shift. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence in the banking sector. As a Customer Service Banking Specialist, you will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms. You will assist customers with account information, transaction disputes, product features, and banking procedures. Your responsibilities include processing service requests accurately, documenting interactions in our customer relationship management system, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. You will also educate customers about banking products, services, and security protocols while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with previous customer service experience preferably in banking or financial services. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential along with proficiency in using computers and customer service software applications.
