Softchoice is seeking a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing strategies for Microsoft solutions within our enterprise technology portfolio. This pivotal role will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position Softchoice as the premier partner for Microsoft technologies while driving measurable business growth across the Chicago region. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring an experienced marketing professional who can translate complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions for diverse enterprise audiences. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for Microsoft cloud, productivity, and security solutions that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline velocity. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to create targeted account-based marketing programs, develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, and competitive battle cards, and manage relationships with Microsoft field marketing teams to maximize co-marketing opportunities. Additional duties involve analyzing market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic recommendations, measuring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics platforms, and presenting insights to leadership to guide future investment decisions. Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with a minimum of five years of B2B technology marketing experience, preferably with Microsoft solutions or cloud technologies.
