Hallford Travels is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing travel services team. In this fully remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers planning and managing their travel experiences. You will handle inquiries related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and travel modifications while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls and responding to emails or chat messages in a timely manner, assisting customers with new reservations, cancellations, and changes to existing itineraries, and providing accurate information about travel policies, destinations, and company offerings. You will also process payments, resolve complaints professionally, document all customer interactions in our CRM system, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and company promotions is essential to delivering informed guidance.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent along with previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or a related field.
