Full Description
Gong is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our industry-leading revenue intelligence platform. In this senior role, you will shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate Gong in the competitive sales technology landscape. You will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate complex features into compelling value propositions that resonate with target buyers and users.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap decisions and positioning strategies. You will create high-impact marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, and sales enablement materials that support revenue teams throughout the buyer journey. Additionally, you will lead customer research initiatives, conduct win-loss analyses, and develop thought leadership content that establishes Gong as an industry authority.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, with eight or more years of product marketing experience in B2B software or SaaS environments. Candidates must demonstrate proven success in developing go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions and possess strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights. Experience in revenue technology, sales enablement, or conversational intelligence platforms is highly preferred.
Essential skills include exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities, and proficiency in market research methodologies.
