Point72 is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa team on a part-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading global investment firm while developing valuable skills in financial services and client relations. The position requires availability during standard business hours with flexible scheduling options to accommodate part-time commitments.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate information about account status, investment products, and company policies. Your daily responsibilities include handling incoming calls and emails professionally, resolving customer concerns promptly, documenting all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system, and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary. You will also assist with account maintenance tasks, process routine requests, and contribute to maintaining exceptional service quality standards that reflect Point72's commitment to excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
