Job Overview Huork is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Nebraska. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most by matching them with the right insurance products. This role combines relationship-building, consultative selling, and industry knowledge to support both client satisfaction and company growth. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Conduct needs assessments, present policy features, and guide customers through the application and enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up consistently to nurture long-term relationships. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a seamless service experience. Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Must hold a valid Nebraska insurance producer license or obtain one within 60 days of hire. Previous sales or customer service experience is highly desirable, especially in insurance, financial services, or retail environments. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a natural talent for building trust and rapport. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively. Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
