Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product lines, including market research, competitive analysis, and positioning. Lead the creation of compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and thought leadership content to support sales teams and enhance brand equity. Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and events to generate demand and nurture leads. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to refine strategies and report on ROI to senior leadership. Partner cross-functionally with product management, sales, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Mentor junior marketers and contribute to the evolution of Centene's marketing playbook in a regulated industry.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's or MBA preferred. Minimum 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in senior roles, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceuticals. Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets. Experience with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
Skills
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and storytelling skills for crafting narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership presence with experience managing projects and teams in fast-paced environments. Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and B2B demand generation. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate matrixed organizations.
