Job Overview: ID Technology is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across the Chicago region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets while building lasting relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue goals and market share objectives. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of five years of progressive sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
