Key Responsibilities You will manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products, orders, and services. Resolving complaints efficiently by investigating issues, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and offering solutions like refunds, replacements, or escalations when needed. Processing orders, updates, and returns while maintaining detailed records in our CRM system to track customer interactions and history. Collaborating with sales and operations departments to address complex queries and improve service delivery. Promoting upsell opportunities for complementary products and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience. Upholding food safety standards in all communications and staying updated on industry regulations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in retail, food service, or e-commerce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software like Zendesk or Salesforce is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor. Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting and work flexible hours including occasional weekends. Skills Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy to handle diverse customer needs. Active listening and conflict resolution expertise. Solid organizational skills for managing multiple channels. Basic knowledge of food products, supply chain, and perishables. Tech-savvy with quick adaptation to new tools. Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.
