Job Overview Ansafone Contact Centers is seeking motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 100% remote position. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with all necessary equipment provided, allowing you to deliver outstanding customer support in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our team, you'll handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction in a dynamic contact center environment. Key Responsibilities You will answer high-volume inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions to inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support. Responsibilities include active listening to customer needs, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You'll document all interactions in our CRM system, upsell services when appropriate, and meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Additionally, you'll collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a supportive remote work culture. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, is highly preferred. You must have strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows-based systems, and the ability to type at least 35 WPM. Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload) and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace are essential. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to support our 24/7 operations.
