Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans, administering medications, treatments, and procedures with precision. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families on health management. Document all care activities accurately in electronic health records, ensure compliance with infection control protocols, and float to assigned units as needed, including medical-surgical, telemetry, ICU, and other departments. Prioritize patient safety, advocate for optimal outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall care delivery. Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois without restrictions. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and PALS preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience, with demonstrated ability to work independently in varied settings. Must pass background check, drug screening, and health requirements. Skills: Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and patient interaction. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and medical equipment operation.
