Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with internal teams, including claims adjusters and clinical staff, to escalate complex cases and provide holistic solutions. Actively listen to customer needs, de-escalate concerns, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor to uphold Cigina's high service standards. Participate in quality assurance reviews and training to continuously improve service delivery. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or call center environments. Proficiency in computer systems, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check. Availability for full-time hours, including potential evenings or weekends based on business needs. Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle diverse customer scenarios efficiently.
