United Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Senior or Advanced Lung Disease Sales Specialist to join their rare disease commercial team in Anaheim, California. This full-time field-based role focuses on promoting and selling specialized therapies for advanced lung conditions to healthcare providers, pulmonologists, and specialty centers throughout the assigned territory. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients with rare and life-threatening pulmonary diseases while building strong professional relationships within the medical community. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for advanced lung disease products. The specialist will conduct educational presentations to healthcare professionals, coordinate with clinical teams to identify appropriate patients, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and ongoing account management. Regular travel throughout the Anaheim territory is required to meet with key opinion leaders, attend medical conferences, and support product launches or new indication rollouts. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical or specialty sales experience, preferably in pulmonology, cardiology, or rare disease therapeutic areas.
