Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies tailored to specific industries, including thought leadership campaigns, digital content, events, and account-based marketing. Lead a team of marketing professionals, overseeing budgeting, performance metrics, and ROI analysis to optimize campaigns. Partner with regional and industry leaders to create targeted content such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies that showcase Slalom's expertise. Drive demand generation through multi-channel approaches, leveraging data analytics to refine targeting and messaging. Represent Slalom at industry conferences, building strategic partnerships and enhancing brand visibility on a global scale. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to innovate marketing tactics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on industry-specific or global marketing. Proven track record of developing successful B2B marketing strategies in consulting, professional services, or tech sectors. Experience managing cross-functional teams and global campaigns across multiple regions.
Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with strong proficiency in digital marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Suite. Advanced data-driven decision-making skills, including KPI tracking and A/B testing. Outstanding communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholder engagement. Deep knowledge of industry trends in tech, healthcare, finance, and public sector. Proficiency in CRM systems, content management platforms, and marketing automation software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a client-first mindset.
