Job Overview: Great American Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Level Funded Sales Specialist to join our Nebraska sales team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on promoting and selling level funded insurance products to businesses and individuals throughout the state. The specialist will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the benefits of level funded plans and providing customized solutions that meet their unique needs. Working remotely within Nebraska, this position offers the flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with other commitments while contributing to the growth of our insurance offerings in the local market. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research to identify potential clients interested in level funded insurance solutions. Conduct consultative sales presentations to explain product features, benefits, and cost structures to decision-makers. Customize insurance proposals based on client requirements and coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate pricing and coverage. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using company CRM systems. Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for policy renewals or upgrades. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide expert guidance to clients. Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and customer service to deliver seamless client experiences. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets established by regional leadership. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Active insurance license in the state of Nebraska or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment. Previous sales experience in insurance, financial services, or employee benefits strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a flexible part-time schedule. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel within Nebraska as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Skills: Excellent consultative selling abilities, strong product knowledge development, effective time management for part-time schedules, relationship building and networking, and clear written and verbal communication.
