In this role, you will visit homeowners' residences to assess needs, present customized bath liner, shower, and accessibility product options, and close high-value sales. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences for bathroom upgrades. Deliver compelling product demonstrations using samples, digital visuals, and our proprietary installation process to build excitement and trust. Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and partnerships, while following up on inbound inquiries promptly. Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and secure contracts on the spot to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and customer satisfaction post-sale. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in our CRM system. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through persistent follow-up and relationship-building techniques.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, ideally in home improvement, construction, or B2C environments. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel within Wichita and surrounding areas. Comfortable working independently in clients' homes with a professional demeanor.
