Mohawk Industries is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. As a key member of our customer support operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an outstanding service experience that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
In this role, you will handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat platforms.
