Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction rates. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies while troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, adhering to quality standards and compliance protocols. Actively listen to customer needs, upsell services when appropriate, and follow up to confirm resolution. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and meet performance metrics such as average handle time and first-call resolution.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency with computers, including typing speed of at least 35 WPM, and familiarity with customer service software. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.
Skills
Exceptional communication and active listening abilities in bilingual contexts. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, and remote collaboration platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
