Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, resolving issues related to service access, account management, and wellness program details. Provide empathetic listening and guidance to clients seeking mental health support, escalating complex cases to counselors or specialists as needed. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data privacy and compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes, contribute to knowledge base updates, and participate in regular feedback sessions. Handle billing inquiries, subscription management, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Achieve performance metrics such as response time targets and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT). Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, psychology, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, mental health, or call center environments. Proficiency in remote work tools including Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, empathetic demeanor under pressure. Must be authorized to work in the US and able to commit to part-time hours (20-25 per week).
