Job Overview T-Mobile is seeking a dynamic Principal Partner Executive, Strategic Sales - F500 - OEM, to join our team in Kansas. This pivotal full-time role focuses on cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), driving revenue growth through innovative telecom solutions, and positioning T-Mobile as the preferred connectivity partner in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives targeting top-tier OEM clients, identifying opportunities to integrate T-Mobile's 5G network, IoT solutions, and enterprise mobility services into their product ecosystems. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with F500 stakeholders, negotiating complex, high-value contracts that align with mutual business objectives and deliver measurable ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technical teams to craft tailored proposals, conduct ROI analyses, and showcase T-Mobile's cutting-edge technologies through demos and proof-of-concepts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and OEM roadmaps to proactively shape sales strategies, forecast pipeline accuracy, and achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets. Provide thought leadership by delivering presentations at industry events and advising partners on emerging technologies like edge computing and private networks. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales experience in strategic partnerships, with at least 5 years focused on OEM or enterprise telecom sales to Fortune 500 accounts. Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals and managing a sales pipeline exceeding $50M annually. Deep knowledge of the OEM ecosystem, including automotive, manufacturing, and consumer electronics sectors. Skills Exceptional strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities, with expertise in consultative selling and solution architecture. Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, financial modeling for deal structuring, and presenting complex data to C-suite executives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with adaptability in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Familiarity with 5G, IoT, and wireless technologies is essential.
