Job Overview
OneMCI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wichita Cable Sales Representative to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. In this full-time role, you will promote and sell cable television, high-speed internet, and telephony services to both residential and commercial customers, contributing to our mission of delivering cutting-edge connectivity solutions across the region.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cable Sales Representative, you will identify potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and networking events, conducting product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our cable packages. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs assessment to closing deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Responsibilities include accurately documenting sales activities in our CRM system, meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas, and collaborating with installation teams to facilitate seamless service activation. Additionally, you will stay updated on competitors' offerings, provide feedback to improve service bundles, and participate in promotional campaigns to boost subscriber growth.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, cable, or door-to-door sales environments. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required due to extensive field travel within Wichita and surrounding areas.
