T-Mobile is seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales Team covering the Overland Park and Wichita, Kansas markets. This full-time sales role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering innovative wireless solutions to growing businesses. The Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding T-Mobile’s market presence by identifying and engaging prospective business clients, understanding their unique communication needs, and presenting customized mobility solutions that drive operational efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound calls, networking, and referrals, conducting in-person and virtual meetings to understand client requirements, and delivering compelling presentations that highlight T-Mobile’s competitive advantages.
