Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, call centers, or medical offices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk. Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, HIPAA privacy rules, and insurance basics is highly desirable.
