Job Overview: Enterprise Medical Recruiting is excited to present an opportunity for a skilled Physician Assistant Nurse-Allied to join a reputable healthcare facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. Develop and implement patient care plans, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures under physician supervision. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment regimens. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, manage chronic conditions, and respond to acute illnesses. Maintain accurate electronic health records, adhere to clinical protocols, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Required Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (via ANCC or AANP), with active Colorado state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care, family practice, or allied health setting. Valid DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification. Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care. Skills: Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. Proficient in medical procedures, suturing, wound care, and interpreting diagnostic results. Superior communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse patient populations. Tech-savvy with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner, and adept at telehealth platforms. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, multitask effectively, and demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity.
