Administer chemotherapy and other oncology medications safely according to established protocols. Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Coordinate care transitions and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and accreditation standards. Required Qualifications: Active Colorado Registered Nurse license and current BLS certification are required. A minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience is preferred, with oncology or infusion experience highly desirable. ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy certification or eligibility to obtain within six months of hire is expected. Skills: Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in electronic medical records, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
