Job Overview Oscar Health is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive focused on Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) to join our team in Kansas. In this pivotal role, you will promote innovative health insurance solutions to businesses and individuals, helping them navigate affordable healthcare options through ICHRA programs. As a key player in our sales organization, you will contribute to Oscar's mission of making high-quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads for ICHRA products targeting small to mid-sized businesses and eligible individuals across Kansas. Conduct consultative sales presentations, demonstrating how ICHRA empowers employers to offer personalized health benefits while controlling costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless onboarding and support. Track sales activities using CRM tools, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to sales leadership. Stay updated on ICHRA regulations, healthcare trends, and competitive landscape to position Oscar as the preferred provider. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in health insurance sales, employee benefits, or ICHRA-specific roles. Active life and health insurance producer license in Kansas (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Strong understanding of ICHRA guidelines, ACA compliance, and health reimbursement arrangements. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts simply. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset for pipeline management and forecasting. High energy, resilience, and self-motivation in a fast-paced sales cycle. Relationship-building expertise and consultative selling approach. Knowledge of Kansas healthcare market and local business networks is a plus.
