Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, returns, and issue resolution to exceed satisfaction goals. Perform warehouse tasks such as receiving shipments, inspecting inventory for accuracy and quality, and organizing stock using warehouse management systems. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to safety protocols. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to load and unload materials. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and shipping personnel to meet daily production targets and deadlines. Document all activities accurately in inventory systems and contribute to continuous process improvements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, warehousing, or distribution preferred. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
