Build and straighten displays to create eye-catching presentations that highlight new releases and promotions. Order replacement products as needed using Hallmark's ordering system. Perform price checks and adjustments to maintain competitive pricing. Track sales trends and report any issues such as out-of-stock situations or display damage back to the merchandising team. Maintain a clean and organized work area in stores, adhering to safety protocols. This role requires reliable personal transportation due to multiple store visits per shift. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably. Flexibility to work part-time hours, typically 15-25 per week, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas. Basic math skills for inventory and ordering. Availability for early morning or evening shifts based on store needs.
