Join Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc. as a Sales Associate/Customer Service team member in Grand Island, Nebraska. In this dynamic retail role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service while supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced convenience and fuel retail environment. As a Sales Associate, your key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, processing transactions accurately, answering product and service inquiries, and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times. You will assist with inventory management, restock shelves, maintain fuel pumps and outdoor areas, and handle customer complaints professionally. Additional duties involve operating the cash register, preparing food items when required, and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math abilities, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Essential skills for success in this position are customer service excellence, cash handling accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
