Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are properly priced and labeled. Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while following company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising plans and promotional activities that drive sales. Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining awareness of store surroundings and following security protocols. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education is required. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays is essential for this role.
