Key Responsibilities In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, addressing concerns related to pest control services, scheduling, billing, and product information. You'll troubleshoot issues efficiently, escalate complex problems to specialized teams, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll update customer records in our CRM system, process service requests, and promote Terminix products and upsell opportunities when appropriate. Required Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service industry environment.
