Platinum Supplemental Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives in Hays, Kansas. This position provides an excellent entry point into the insurance industry with comprehensive training provided for those without prior sales experience. You will play a vital role in helping individuals and families secure supplemental insurance coverage that complements their existing health plans. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients through community engagement and networking activities. You will conduct in-person meetings to present our supplemental insurance products, explain coverage options, and guide customers through the enrollment process. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients is essential, as is following up on leads and managing your own sales pipeline effectively.
