Join Kennedy-Fs as a Remote Customer Service Representative and deliver outstanding support to customers from anywhere in Illinois. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while helping clients resolve inquiries, process requests, and maintain high satisfaction levels through professional communication channels.
Key responsibilities include answering inbound customer calls and messages, troubleshooting account or product issues, processing orders or returns, updating customer records in our systems, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary. You will also document interactions accurately, follow established service protocols, and contribute to team performance goals by meeting quality and response time standards.
