Required Qualifications: Must hold a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Oklahoma, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA). Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program (Master's or Doctorate). Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred. Active DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification required; DOT certification a plus. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
