Collaborate with management on merchandising plans, planograms, and promotional setups to drive revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations at all times. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Availability for full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching. Skills: Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
