Circle K is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service while maintaining store operations and supporting daily business activities. As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, your key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, restocking merchandise and supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced. Additional duties involve following food safety and sanitation guidelines when applicable, completing shift reports, and collaborating with team members to meet store sales goals. Required qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not mandatory, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic math and computer skills, and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
